This Friday we’ve found a few foody favourites on Facebook who are definitely ticking the right buttons to get their fans liking, commenting, sharing, and generally engaging with their pages.
*Warning. This post may make you hungry…
First up with some festive fireworks we have Cadbury Dairy Milk
Next, with a sense of humour and some vital questions is Ben & Jerry’s UK page
Krispy Kreme Doughnuts have jumped on the Gangnam Style bandwagon with this widely shared doughnut holes image
And Innocent Drinks are joining in the Movember activities with this fancy-looking feline:
It’s not just the sweeties that are driving interaction! Walkers have joined the fun with some brain teasers and a vote-off for two of their top flavours with fans either ‘liking’ or ‘commenting’ to vote for their favourite:
Baileys GB share a lot of images and recipes on their page, and can often be found using teasers to build suspense around the launch of a new or limited edition product, and linking their posts to current events like the Great British Bake Off and Bonfire Night. This post on Thursday looked particularly tempting, to us:
You may notice that some of these images aren’t particularly relevant to the products of each brand, but by sharing posts and images which are useful, entertaining, cute, or relevant to current events, these pages are catching the eyes of their immediate fans and inspiring them to share the messages of their favourite brands with their own networks.
Which brands, big or small, have you seen getting great interaction with their social media posts? Comment below and we’ll try to feature your suggestions in a future blog.
After all those foody images we’re starving. Have a fab weekend; we’re off to fill our faces!
