Another business area moving to "the cloud" recently seems to be staff. Hiring remote employees on short term contracts in my opinion can make real sense due to the flexibility, reduced office overheads and wide reach of the internet. With the availability of video calling services such as Skype, and the ever increasing speed of internet connections, it is becoming more and more common.
Personally I have had experience with using remote/virtual staff in the past and think it’s a fantastic idea. Have you or would you ever consider taking on staff on either short or long term contracts who work for you remotely?
