As per the title - do you normally send christmas cards to your customers? Or do you feel it's a waste of time and money?

I always send christmas cards out to people. Doesn't cost much and i think that people appreciate the effort.
Thanks, Jane

I send ecards that I design myself (well, they are images I send via email rather than those interactive scary flashing things found on ecard sites!) - it's a good way to get my current design ideas out there, but also nice to remind clients and prospects that I'm there without being too 'in your face', and as it's electronic it's also ecofriendly!

E-Cards are a good little cost saver too.

Yes, I do. It's a good opportunity to make contact with customers and contacts without selling too hard, to thank them for their custom during the year. I also design a few cards for clients too - just got one set back from print today in fact (a very organised client - they started the ball rolling in early October!)

Getting the tone right is important the ones that are too obviously corporate (snow covered company logos etc) tend to go straight in the recycling.
