Hi Everyone,

I work as a Independent Herbalife Distributor and Wellness Coach in the North East of England.

I trade under the name Get Wellness as well as promoting the Herbalife Brand too. I look for clients who wish to improve their health, address nutritional issues and help them understand how to change any bad lifestyle habits. I can support clients on a 1-1 basis, have weekly weigh-ins and give personal recommendations for their specific health concerns or as an online coach through a tracking system

Customers can account for their food, exercise and much more with an easy to use journal. This monitors if they are achieving the recommended amount of protein, carbs, fat, calories etc..for their individual needs and I'm their for advice and motivation.

I also look to building a team of distributors who are equally interested in helping raise awareness in their community of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and together we can help more people.

If you know anyone looking to lose weight, gain weight, target a problem area such as digestive, immune or heart health and would like advice on any of the Herbalife products, skin and hair care products, an athlete and looking for a quality sports nutrition range or if you or anyone you know is interested in earning an extra income, willing to learn and would like more information on working part-time as a wellness coach, increasing your income and supporting a current career in fitness, e.g personal trainer, zumba instructor or have background in nutrition and would like to learn more about the products and company and attend one of our business training events held nationwide I'd be more than happy to help.

Very interesting indeed. I think we should certainly have a chat at some point, as I am interested in Sports nutrition and also promoting a healthy lifestyle.

As well as been on the bike for most of the day, I am also a UKA Run Group Leader, also looking at taking the UKA Run Coaching Course.

I am currently leading a group of 11 beginners to running and also training for Manchester Marathon in April 2012.

I have quite a bit going on at the moment, with developing the business, marathon training and leading the run group - When all settles down a bit, in a few months, I think it would be worthwhile if we had a chat
