Exclusivity with Agencies - Why? Why use a recruiter Exclusively?

As a Client you will be getting our full commitment to filling your vacant role. You may think that you’ll get more effort from each recruiter when the role is in competition, but what really happens is a short burst of activity, and then interest wanes as agencies wait for responses as the client waits upon CVs from each of the appointed recruiters.
Some use delaying tactics which hold things up and then the recruiters realise the client is not committed, and then go and put their energy into clients who will work with them as partners.

Purely PA can then guarantee that we can fully qualify the Talent in terms of start date and salary, once again saving the you much time and frustration.
You will save time and effort by dealing with only one competent recruiter. No multiple agency briefings and multiple contacts to deal with. This will also mean fewer interviews saving you time and money.
Your confidentiality is preserved as the role is not being touted around town byor six recruiters, each speaking to 9 or 10 candidates about the role.

At Purely PA one of our main core values is honesty. We appreciate that you have deadlines to work to when hiring and that one of your concerns may be putting all your eggs in one basket. It normally takes us 3-4 days from taking the brief to short-listing for you, depending on the complexity of the role. If during this short period of time we feel that we cannot present suitable candidates, then we are happy to advise you to extend your search to other agencies. However due to our years of experience and vast networks, this is very rare.
