good experience with businesses on twitter have you?

I thought logo design was easy, so attempted to do it myself after many attempts on Vistaprint and various other websites and still had nothing.

So while scrolling on my Twitter, I found there were many organisations that could help me , and Adesse Media replied to my tweet and then after became a good relationship. Adesse Media was able to design my logo (which I absolutely adore) and then they went on to design my business cards and leaflets.

I am happy to say that i'm impressed with their work and their customer service.What have your experiences been with any organisations you have met on Twitter good or bad? comment below
