My name is Cathryn and I have recently started a small business (http://www.simplyseedz.co.uk)from my home country kitchen in Worcestershire. I prepare, toast & mix delicous & nutritious pumpkin, sunflower seeds & pine nuts that can be eaten as a snack or sprinkled on top of any dish to give an extra crunch.
