I use http://www.dalyinternet.co.uk - Simply, because I have a reseller package with them and he Customer Service is excellent.
I have used many other hosting companies in the past and even though the services are fairly cheap, the Customer Service can be absolutely horrendous, along with poor liability - Not what you need when you have a server down and you know Google are crawling or you can see money going down the drain as you are getting alot of traffic and not site up !
I know that you can every guarantee 100% uptime, but so far these people seem to be the best in my experience.
