Sprouting is a business development company who's purpose is to help SMEs grow by providing strategic direction and a wide range of business services to support the implementation of a strategic business plan.

We, at Sprouting, have been reading with interest the articles on Living Wage and the promotion by the Leader of the Opposition, The Rt. Hon. Ed Miliband MP.

We feel very strongly that its the wrong time to promote Living Wage, after such a period of economic turmoil and we are only now beginning to see the start of a little growth.
