I have recently launched a new online letting agency aimed at landlords that like a more DIY approach to letting their properties. Landlords can advertise for Free on Rightmove, Zoopla and more until let.

wise-moves works directly with landlords to offer a cost effective solution to letting their properties. Everything is completed on-line to ensure that cost savings are passed on to our landlords. We do not have expensive high street offices, which means that we can considerably cut our prices to landlords and tenants, whilst still offering a one stop solution to landlords needs.

We operate on a national basis and with links to national suppliers, we ensure that the whole of the UK can benefit from cost savings and an efficient service.

wise-moves covers everything from marketing a property, through to lodging deposits, taking the first months rent and setting up standing orders to EPCs, gas certificates, property photos and floor plans.

We are a one stop shop for landlords that like to be in control of their own properties and cut the costs of high street agencies
