We have got Yellow Alert for Snow in Stockport - Its supposed to hit us about 3pm this afternoon, and last all day. 
Pretty much the same for tomorrow as well.
However, tomorrow I have a beginners running group (3rd week out), which I reckon I am going to call off tonight
Landrover is all ready, boot emptied so I can fit the sledges in tomorrow
No advertbike bookings this weekend ...

We Have snow forecast from about 3pm onwards and into the evening. Most of the street I expect will be out having fun as we have a lot of young families here.
My daughter has just come back from a week in Wales with the school and they had a snow ball fight in the mountains.

We had almost 10cm, the kids have had fun this morning.
The neighbours have been working together to clear some of our road before it freezes solid.

We are currently thawing out here - We must have had a couple of inches. I had just seen a Met office weather warning for ice, as they reckon its going to freeze tonight ! Great, the Monday Morning rush hour is going to be fun with the usual hold ups etc
