Just wondering recently as I reflect on this year.. I start to think fo the things I have learnt and need to change for the next year or even new goals to aspire to.
What, if any, have you set as goals for 2012?
Personally, I have set goals such as,
- Use social media more effectively.
- Attend more network events.
- I'm looking forward to the advancement of Admin Tones and it's client base in 2012.
What are your goals?

Some excellent goals there Jo. Ones which I’m sure you will achieve. The value of well implemented social media campaigns and networking are certainly things that I can attest to.
My business goals for 2012 are largely to establish The Business Circuit’s live networking events nationally around the UK, and to substantially grow our membership size.
So come on, what have the rest of you got on your 2012 list?

We have a lot of things on the go at the moment that we need to work on in 2012. We are in the process of setting up a new business manufacturing and selling electric vehicles. It is a project which we have been involved in over the last couple of years, but the business is in the process of being formed and the demo vehicle is nearly complete.
The other project is to complete our free accounting software and make it widely available.
So it will be a busy year for us.
Matt it is nice to hear your goals for the Business Circuit, a lot of hard work ahead.

My goals for 2012 included:
Workwise - To grow AdvertBike and to introduce more business online.
Out of workwise - To run Manchester Marathon in April 2012, along with a few halfs / 10k's along the way. As I am now a UKA Run Leader, I want to progress to a Running Coach, and help promote running, fitness and healthy lifestyles - especially as we will be in an olympic year

My goals for 2012 are:
* To grow my existing business into a market leader
* To launch another company which i'm currently working on and building.
* To help other businesses grown and flourish.
And to lose a little more weight and enjoy more family time especially when the new arrival arrives in May! (this will be a challenge with adding extra work loads!!)
Hope everyone one has a good holiday and gets some needed rest in anticipation of you all becoming bigger than 2011!!
