George Osborne has cancelled next month's planned 4p rise in fuel duty in what he has billed his "Budget for growth".
A further 1p will be cut from pump prices immediately - all paid for by a £2bn tax on oil companies.
I do a lot of mileage so am pleased about this bit however it should not be this high in the first place!

Prices seem to have dropped recently one supermarket locally has been selling at 128.9.
Good news for our long distance trips. For our short distance trips we use an electric car - cost per mile between 1p and 1.5p.
