borro has teamed up with The Adam Street Private Members Club and networking organisation Business Circuit, to help facilitate the search. Business owners will be invited to submit a 60 second elevator pitch for the £10,000 prize via the borro Facebook page. The competition will be officially launched at Business Circuit's "Entrepreneur Connect" networking event on the 10th May, at which guests will be invited to film their elevator pitch and have the opportunity to meet members of the judging panel.
Ten finalists will then be short listed and the competition will become open to voting from the public to determine the competition winner.
Paul Aitken, founder and CEO of borro said “We work closely with the entrepreneurial and small business community, where access to finance is crucial to business development and driving innovation. We have become a trusted financial provider for business owners and we are very excited about launching the ‘Money Making Ideas’ competition which will encourage the ideas of small businesses and entrepreneurs and ensure those ideas become a reality.”
How Can I Enter the Competition?
You can enter the competition and submit your elevator pitch by attending Entrepreneur Connect at the Adam Street Private Members Club on the 10th May. Tickets can be purchased by visiting www.entrepreneurconnect.co.uk.
Alternatively you can enter via borro's Facebook page after the official launch event by visiting www.facebook.com/borroloans
